Marc Zeeb (CPA, CFE, MS)

Marc has consulted in forensic accounting for over 6 years and has earlier experience in his career at one of the Big Four accounting firms in Risk Advisory. While in public accounting, he was primarily practicing SOX 404 compliance audits. Additionally, he was part of the largest world-wide engagement at the firm, performing an investigation of predatory lending practices by an international bank. While on that job Marc was promoted early to reviewer, where he helped streamline the review process. That process was then disseminated and used by the rest of the team. His career after public accounting led him to work at Zeeb and Company which focused on economic, financial, and forensic consulting. He provided data analytics on very large and complex assignments. He has worked on a variety of engagements, including the computation of lost profits, economic damages, royalty payment disputes, and net profit contract disputes. He earned his undergraduate and master’s degree from The University of Colorado, Boulder. Marc is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado and is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.
