Jimmy is a former partner of at Arthur Andersen in the Litigation Services practice and the former director of Andersen’s Advanced Quantitative Analysis Practice in Litigation Services.  In addition, Jimmy provides expert witness testimony as a statistics expert. His experience involves testifying in U.S. District Courts, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Tax Court, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court.  Examples of past work include: 1) testifying in regards to economic damages concerning a wrongful termination of a distributor, 2) testifying on damanges to a plaintiff’s reputatoin suffered as a result of the wrongful termination of the plaintiff from a construction contract, and 3) assisting in designing a reliable statistical sampling approach and ascertaining a best estimate of an amount of contractual overbilling.
